Our Service cum Maintenance regime will encompass all activities (as per MSC/ Circ.1206 Guidelines) including:

1.Checking to ensure that the design of the launching appliance conforms to the requirements of the Amendments to SOLAS---MSC.47(66) & International LSA Code MSC.48(66),  maintenance and inspection of the boat davit consisting of the davit arm, ramp, aft lashing unit, release hook unit, boat fitted unit, floating beam unit, hrdraulic system and hydraulic boat winch.

2.Checking of the wire rope. Check to ensure that that the davit falls are turned end to end every 30 months.

•3.Inspection and maintenance of the release hook unit, boat fitted unit and pivot unit, especially the hydro-static release unit
•inspection of manual valve to observe whether the drum turns and the turning direction is right.

4.Checking and inspection of hydraulic pipes' connection
•measurement of insulation of the electric elements.
•

 

5.Inspection and maintenance of pivot shaft, boat winch, hydraulic cylinder frame and pulley shaft.

At Atkei International, we provide service, repair and calibration of all makes of gas detectors, meeting yearly or bi-annual inspection requirements. Brands calibrated include GMI, Riken, MSA, Crowcon, Toka Seiki, ISC, Cosmos and many more.

Our service, repair and calibration is also applicable to Breath Alcohol testers.
We supply ex-stock a wide range of common Span Gas or Calibration gas in a light weight disposable aluminium cylinders with single regulator or sample bag ready for use by the ship crew
